nothing to do with power
nothing to do with speed.

it's everything about owning a muscle car and owning the real thing..

They're all the real thing. All the way back to the straight-6 140hp first gens.

whiners. whiners everywhere as far as the eye can see!

I really wanna know how a V6 isn't a real Camaro I mean it's built by the same company on the same assembly line at the same place but it's not real guess Sweden still has LSD running through it's water supply.

I think people are referring to the real deal musclecar experience that the Camaro hasn't had for decades. Although with the way this thread is going...I could be wrong haha.

I made a "value" statement about my perception of the 5th Gen. convertible without attempting to be irreverent about it.

A swimming pool is nothing more than a liability. I don't know anyone that would knock off 500 sq/ft just for a pool unless downsizing was their primary goal. I don't see a convertible as an upgrade either.

I guess a ZL1 from an SS isn't an upgrade. I guess going from a 40" flat screen to a 55" isn't either.
This world has literally gone mad.

If the 1500 sq foot house had sky light that opened to give the same effect as a convertible, it would be an upgrade for sure.......

Is a catch can an upgrade? Here we go!

You're missing the point. "Utility" is not necessarily defined through "power" and or "size", which appears to be the narrow definition you want to squeeze it into.

No you missed my point the first time. In my example, the size of my house never changed.

Same house better stuff under the hood ,so to speak ,equals upgrade.

In your example, that is like going from a Camaro with cloth seats and base sound system to a cruze with leather and premium stereo.

Here comes the 1LT/1SS vs. 2LT/2SS discussion.

Speaking of such. Wish I could get a ZL1 with cloth seats.
