Finally got a Camaro!

Hey Peeps!

Been lurking on these forums for a quite a bit, also a lurker on Camaro5... Everyone I work with knows I have some impulse shopping problems, and after 3 consecutive days off decided to trade in my 2014 Mazda3 for a 2016 Camaro... Pretty excited and after 36hrs I'm loving this car. It still hasn't hit me that this goal I set 6 months ago became a reality so quickly, but super proud to have achieved it. Look forward to all the great things to come!

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Tell me about it. Window tint, headlight blackout and the blacked out tail lights are on my list right now. It'll all be done soon.

I see your in Chicagoland, there is a club called CNG, Chicago Nex Gen, we are the largest 5/6 Camaro club in the Chicagoland area. Stop by take a look and hope to meet you at an up coming event.. In fact we have one this Sunday in Bartlett.

I don't know if i should tell you the good or the bad news. You got kind of mis lead... thats not a muscle car... Its a rocket in disguise..

Sweet. I probably have some family (that still don't know i got the car) in this club. Is there a fb group or somewhere I can check out upcoming events?

Ha! It is a bit of a rocket. Im gonna have a lot of learning to do in the winter but challenge accepted.

You can look at ChicagoNexGen on Facebook we are having a brunch at villa Olivia in Bartlett this Sunday at 11 am then driving to a car show in Schaumburg
Also look at Chicago 5th Gen ..
