The higher reps lower weights works..because it helps you get rid of calcium on the bones and scar tissues increaseing flexibility then after you have everything as close to normal as possible you get back to the heavy weights

You'd be amazed, you remember rounds that hit your actual body..not the ones that hit your gear because that happens all to often..
