Yea, I want to get a catback before I get long tubes. I couldn't handle LTs with a muffler delete.

I had just missed lunch before that picture. After I ate dinner, I looked much bigger. The problem I have, I don't have a lot of Mustang drivers talking smack to me. It's like I'm missing out on all the "...oh, this one guy said my car looked like _____". At times, I even have to insist on paying to go into some of the clubs here. It pisses my friends off that "have" to pay to get in...hahaha.

Oh, and I forgot to tell you guys I took down a C7 vette on Monday, with my '05 4x4 Tacoma. That's right, fear the Yota baby. Lady has probably traded it in by now she was so embarrassed.

As we turn into my neighborhood, there are two lanes that turn left. She had pulled up behind my truck at this light, and when the light turned green to turn left, she pulled out from behind me and got beside me at the next light. I was like, OMG, she did not just do that. Does she realize that I am in a stock, 11 year old, Tacoma with a V6 and all she has is this solid black, 2015 convertible vette. I was like phssssssss, she is nuts. All while my wife is just rolling her eyes. I was telling my wife, this lady is crazy, she hasn't a chance, not in my neighborhood bit@h. My wife was like, okay, but I think this one may take you. Oh hell no woman, not today, not in my truck, not when I'm feeling it.

Light turns green and I launch hard, the Toyota has excellent traction coming out of the hole. The front lifts a little and the rear chews into the asphalt. Those 4.10 gear are all over the launch. This lady, realizes she launches late and puts the gas to it. she cuts a horrible light. Too late for her, I am almost a full truck length ahead. I must say, I was impressed as she was gaining on me fast. But I wasn't backing down, not to some crappy jet black convertible '15 vette, oh hell no. Suck it woman, you picked the wrong vehicle to go against today.

Boom, there it was, her turn and I was there first. I wasn't sure if she meant to turn right, or she was just embarrassed and wanted to get out while she could. Either way, for that 100 yard race, I dominated. When home, had a beer and watched some manly sport like chainsaw fighting. That's right, till we meet again, I'll be ready.

Thanks for the tips, I'm sure it'll go well I just gotta make sure they're both on in the same spot on each side lol last thing I want are lopsided stripes lol

She didn't even know what she was up against. You can't win against an 05 Taco, that's just a fact.

Juiced seems top notch. I'm going to order the B&B fusion catback from them soon.

It really depends on if I am training for powerlifting competition or maintaining. I have kind of 'retired' from the competition part of it and lift with the guys I train now.

It's not something fancy or unique, it's the core lifts and any ancillary workout to support them. If we are not training for a competition, we train for more 'bodybuilding' type workouts.

Powerlifting is low reps and heavy sh*t.
Bodybuilding is more high reps with med weights.

My best lifts in competition are 550 lb squat, 465 lbs bench, 600 lb deadlift.

The guys/gal I am training did well at the last event. Took 1st, 2nd for the guys, and the gal took 1st. I was a proud trainer that day, as it reinforced my routines, and their dedication.

Meals.. for contest 5k calories a day, around 280-300 gms of protein. off season, about 3k calories a day. I like to stay around 225-230 lbs for my weight.

Always a good sign when you find a lower price than Amazon. Especially if it includes free shipping

Congrats on your trainees doing well in the competition! That's really cool, also that's a shit load of food to eat lol
