Installing the flexfuel sensor and having it integrate into the factory ECU is not feasible yet. So for now you would have to do what I did, drain the tank of pump gas, throw in e85, and dyno tune for it.

And yes, I pump straight from the e85 pumps, no mixing.

How do you know you are always getting the correct ethanol content? E85 can legally be as low as 51%. That's a pretty significant variation as far as the tune goes.

almost sounds like the old specific gravity test are needed.

TSloper, If I get a canned tuned for a supercharger like Magnuson, can I pull all the data tuned parameter from the ECU to modify from my HP Turner? I have things like cat bypass, etc.

If they don't lock it down then yes you could do that. I saw a 2014 ProCharger tune and wasn't impressed with some of the brute force things they did.
