New Member from Central TX

Just got confirmation of 3100 TPW 6/20 so now I feel able to introduce us.

We live in Georgetown, TX and work for ourselves, which allows us our own free time. I say this because that is one of the reasons we got a Gen 6.

I have read this forum for weeks now and really enjoy the discussions. I have held off on this posting because while we ordered a 2SS we are not going to fix it up like so many people are. We ordered a 2017 to get the options we wanted on it but don't plan on too many additions to it, with the exception of cold air induction (hey I know).

We are going to get out on the road with it. You know, "see the USA in your Chevrolet" that's us. Our travel plans will include the Pacific North West to Key West an a lot in between. Vegas via I40 and Route 66 is going to be one of our first trips. Driving there will be as much fun as being there!

I would love to hear from others who go places like the Hot Rod Run which we will make next year. This is going to be great, we can't wait.

Thanks to all,
Jamesgn

Outstanding! Maybe we should plan our own local 6Gen Camaro festival, road tour, cars and coffee or something else???

James, CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
