Good Morning Becky - any movement on TDHD8R? It's been in "quality inspection" for over a month now - my dealer has been bugging the DBC on a daily basis and, as of yesterday, has escalated to his district manager.
I understand that quality inspection is random and takes time, but the lack of communication from Chevrolet on anything is really frustrating. Personally, I'm convinced there was an issue identified that took it from quality to quality control to get fixed. Is there any other avenue my dealership could pursue to try to get a real answer from Chevy? As always - thanks for your help and assistance! |
