Well the car is back together minus the hood, so I decided to fire her up.

Thanks guys!.

I can't wait to finally be finished this mess. I did buy a new fuel pump. Accel 500 since my existing fuel pump doesn't like to keep up.

Agreed. I also took the fog lights off for weight savings since they were all cracked anyway.

No ABS, no Airbags, no sound deadening, no fog lights, no A/C, no cruise control module, super light racing seats, chrome-moly suspension, fiberglass hood and I'm sure I eliminated some other crap.

The car show this past Saturday was a bit wet. A few rain showers came through during the show, the car looks like crap now...hehehe. It was going to get a cleaning anyway before the Rodgers show. Also dropped my front tires off this morning to get mounted. Those will be put back on the car tonight after my gym time. Got a lot to do this week to get ready, and it's supposed to be raining everyday also.

If necessary, it won't be the first time I have washed a car in the rain, then back in the garage to get dried off and detailed. It's just not as fun washing in the rain, as that's when my neighbors really see how bad I have it.
Don't care if the car is dirty, just want the paint to be dry and the splitter to be installed. Also the toll probably isn't going to be cheap lol.

Don't take the toll road, you can take OH-2 all the way to I-75, might only be a few minutes longer, no toll fees, and you get nice scenery of the Lake.

That's gonna be pretty much a go kart. Have you weighed it recently?

Nope, I need to drive by the weigh station and see. I'm curious what it does weigh.
