GAS GRILL SELECTION

in the market for a new gas grill and have narrowed search to either a weber or a napoleon. my current grill is a old weber and just need something bigger with the growing family. havent had any problems with the weber at all but this napoleon unit appears to rival the weber with a better warranty and bigger cooking area. has anyone have or had a napoleon unit? if so pros or cons of either..

Napoleon warranty looks suspect. Any parts replaced subject to one replacement? Next time its on you? Why chance it?

Weber - because they last, and because they work.

I love a Char-Broil Infrared series grill. No flare ups and cooks like an oven. Life time warranty too.

I too have been shopping for a gas grill. Thanks for this information, after watching a couple of the videos, I'm impressed. Any downside to this technology, or needs improved, in your opinion?

Been using this grill for years. No regrets on buying it. I can cook large cuts of meat and do corn on it at the same time. 4 burners and you can cook indirect as well. Side burner that has a removable griddle. I have cooked bacon on the side griddle while doing hamburgers on the grill or made my bbq sauce on it. Can't go wrong. I also have The Big Easy that is on their site. Love it as well. I have the optional racks so I can cook a chicken on the bottom and do potato's or corn above it . Good stuff.

I have the S-620 Weber, its a great grill, I will tell you this much..
I owned Weber's for years, Quality has slipped from the old days.
Here is a picture of my grill, They used it for a commercial a couple of months ago. I keep the grill like I keep my car, always cleaning it. LOL

I have a Weber Genesys that is roughly 10-12 years old. It's a pretty basic model but works great still the original ignighter still works. With that kind of longevity I would definitely buy one again if I was looking for a new one.
