Richard --- got out the zl1, put the top down, and took mom for a 50 mile ride. Hope to be able to give it a bath next weekend. I am sure your itching to get your babies out.

Love all the pics! Car shows, showing your car, love 'em all! I got my car out Saturday and gave her a bath and put her under the cover. I've got an event with my Hot Rod Power Tour friends up in NC next weekend. Always fun at the Gearhead Inn!
Hoping things are ok with Jan. Haven't seen her post since she left to be with her daughter.

John when do you get the corvette out ? Hopefully at the end of the month the weather will be as nice as this past wknd.
Nothing official yet but my supervisor said he was sent pictures of the f150 4x4 with the utility cap and pullout from the bed of the truck ..he says looks like they have reconsidered getting me a transit van ... we are given the option to buy our vehicle when they decide to get us a new one .I expect I will be hearing more in the days to come . |

Richard --- I have not started the corvette yet. When I drove it for the last time in the fall, it had a stronger than normal raw gas smell. I want to have my son in law there to help me look for a fuel line leak and to hold a fire extinguisher. Just in case it has a major leak of some sort. Hope to find time to cross that bridge next week-end.

Yeah, I am back but pretty dazed. My daughter, Jina, is okay for now but she is facing a very serious & complicated surgery & long recovery. We also learned she will develop yet another form of cancer within the next 10 years & is at risk for a third type, I am really scared for her. I will be changing my status at work to a 10 month employee and going down to be with her for the surgery & recovery. I will be there at least a month but as long as needed. I will leave sometime late May or early June to go back depending when exactly they schedule her surgery. Here is a pic of my beautiful girl from my day with her at the local lighthouse. Too tired tonight for posting more pics.
