Phone call for a payoff
Here's the story. I run a no credit check, Lease Here Pay Here, car lot. A customer of ours has made 3 payments and we get a phone call from a Nissan dealership. They are asking what the payoff is!
 They are trying to trade in a vehicle that they don't own! Payoff is $12,262 on the '07 Jeep Compass.  Click...

I would terminate the lease & if necessary file a criminal complaint. Obviously, the leasee isn't to be trusted.

We have GPS tracking on all of our cars. As long as they make payments and keep insurance, we are good. If they try any games, I will disable the vehicle and go pick it up.
