I was off work yesterday to take the wife to get a shot in the eyeball, oh she loves it. But I think I would of been off work anyway, Tues night while bench pressing, I tore my pec a little. Man that hurts. I couldn't lift my elbow away from my side yesterday. Today I have a little more mobility, but ouch...I recommend not doing that if I were you. I knew going heavy like that is not as fun anymore.

Becoming a pro at changing valve springs. Could do the whole motor in a few hours now

I did this morning. Not sure I want to do that yet. I would rather be up there Friday so I can get the car cleaned up and ready. But at the same time, not ruling it out either. Would definitely like an opportunity to hang with you a weekend, so that may be a different time. So I could stay there the whole weekend and find a few things to do and hang out with the cars instead of the Rodgers weekend..
