Trapster replacement?

I used to have Trapster on my iPhone and loved it for my long distance driving......however, it's long gone unfortunately.

Are there any other iPhone apps like Trapster was that warn of speed traps and stuff like that?

Waze works wonders. I use it daily and long distance drives. Along with it is my passport.

Thanks, I downloaded it. The wife and I are leaving on Thursday for points South, so I hope it helps with the Speed Nazis on I-81 in Virginia.

I use Waze too, although it relies on others to do the reporting. Generally metropolitan areas with lots of people have more accurate info, if you're in BFE there won't be much info

Yea it will definitely help you in the metro areas...is your avatar the green flash? My father in law has the green flash too. He loves it.

Yes it is! I love mine as well!!!! Does he have a coupe or a ragtop? 707 total were made, only 58 ragtops.......

He has the coupe L99. Where did you find the info? We have been looking everywhere to see how many were made. We had heard 2500 but nothing confirmed.

I got in touch with Chevrolet Customer Assistance and they told me. Apparently, they are all over the map with their responses. I have a copy of the e-mail that they sent me. Of course I had to ask them several times. I also gave them the RPO codes (B7J=Green Flash Edition, G7J=Emerald Green Paint), maybe that helped. No breakdown of M6 LS3s vs. A6 L99s however.

There were a total of 103,563 2015 Camaros built, I was also informed.

I also got a phone number of 1-800-222-1020 for their Customer Assistance department if you want to give it a shot.

That's good enough for me!!

You aren't kidding. 81 in Virginia nuts with cops. Every year when we go south, we always joke that if you need a cop quickly just go anywhere on 81 in Virginia.

My wife has virginia as part of her region, she said last few weeks have been really bad on 81, 95 etc. As far as 81 she said watch around:

area before/after lexington, va not only highway patrol but she saw city cars
area before roanoke when heading southbound
the cut off at staunton when 81 goes south/64 goes east

She also said last week HP was sitting in medians at the crests of hills nailing people left and right. She was in a passat rental the other day and a guy passed her in a older 911. She said he was no more than five or six car lengths ahead and saw him slam on the brakes, when she crested the hill the HP car was leaving the median with it's lights on.

Thanks!!!! We are leaving tomorrow, so I will be on the alert for the Speed Nazis......I'd go thru West Va but it's an hour longer to Nashville.
