My mom wanted barbecue and felt bad about killing my trip to go see Number 3 in Michigan.

Already been there a year or so back. Toured the assembly plant as well.

There has to be something going on there this week...I've never seen that many Corvettes heading that way before...over a hundred...C6s, C5s, C4s, even some C3s. Was there some get-together at the Corvette museum or something?

Best part of the massively long drive was convoying up with a line of Corvettes and other Chevys. A C6 Z06, 2 C6s, a C5 Z06, and 3 C5s...followed by our Malibu, an Impala LT, and an HHR.

Yes, but it's a tight cabin. Not much room. Sat in one, but didn't get to drive it.

Cool moms would have driven to Michigan so there Number 1 son could drive a Grand Sport. But a trip to Memphis does kind of make up for that.....................I might rather be in Memphis for BBQ.

I drove one when I was In Cali... You are very right it is a tight cabin! They are a blast to drive but I would never buy one. Its one expensive GO-Cart and its not made by GM.
