I had some nasty stomach bug. Tuesday night, about to go to bed, not feeling well, then all of a sudden I am hurling everything, and when not hurling, coming out other ways. This goes on for the next 5-6 hours and I am losing fluids way to fast and I am super aware of that. But nothing I could do.

By morning, I had no sleep, exhausted, dehydrated severely, extreme pain in muscles and joints from dehydration. Running a fever of 101 all day Wed. But I was slowly getting fluids back into my system, but due to feeling so horrible and in pain, you really don't feel like even drinking water. Wed evening, I was ready for someone to cut my legs off because it hurt so much. By Thurs, I was really doing better. It took a lot of Smart Water & Vitamin Water and fruit to get me were I could actually eat soup.

I was very aware of severe dehydration and what it can cause. Not just the pain in the joints and muscles, but it can also cause kidneys to shutdown or severely impacted. So I wasn't taking it lightly, and was truly forcing fluids in me. Last night, I had more soup and crackers and feeling much better.

Today, I am probably back to about 65%. Still a little sore, not as tired, and I have a little bit of an appetite. Horrible, painful, and extremely cleansing week for me. lol.

Awwww. Poor Hank. At least you're on the road to recovery

Thanks, and yes I am, at least I hope I am. I am missing "meat" in my diet. I feel tiny.
