My previous GT500 got stolen and chopped

I don't know if I ever posted anything on this board about it, but back in July, I traded my 2007 GT500 in on my 2010. A few weeks later, I found out through the grapevine that the car had been stolen off the dealers used lot and had not been seen since.

Someone forwarded me this newspaper article:

Sad fate for such a great car. Stupid thieves left the dash plate signed by Carroll Shelby though. That piece will probably be worth more in the future than anything they took off the car.

That really sucks. Good reminder for all of us to take precautions with our vehicles......

Well, hopefully your parents don't leave their cars sitting out in front of the pre-owned lot in front of one of the busiest streets in town every night like this dealer did.

It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?
