It all depends on your down-payment and credit score. But for a ball park figure I'm paying just below $200 a month.

I had a non-turbo Cruze and absolutely loved it. It was a little sluggish on power even for a six-speed but I still miss it.
I lowered it with 1.2" drop springs and it handled very well on back roads as well as interstates. I was averaging 32-36 mpg too.

Drop Springs, 19% tint and some new 18" wheels they can actually look rather impressive.
Let the modding begin!

Why are you guys saving your Camaros? My Camaro is my daily driver and it's as pristine as you can get. I could never understand the logic in owning a nice car like a Camaro only to have it locked away in the garage while putzing around in a 4cyl penalty box or Camcordpala bland mobile. These cars are made to be driven so let's drive them folks.

We all don't live in a nice climate like you do! Winters here are harsh.

I agree. Tuck it away in a garage and watch it depreciate.

On top of enormous amount of snow we get that would bury my lowered camaro up to the headlights? in reality it keeps the car from getting hit by everyone that's terrible at driving in the winter and also eliminates the possibility of Salt getting on the car which is the real danger.

The Cruze's are nice. I have a 2013 RS with the 1.4 Turbo as my DD. I'll be getting a new one come August. Great car, great MPG too.

Congrats bro! Too many haters on the board.

I think you made a good decision. That's a cheap car that won't depreciate terribly (as opposed to the LTZ for ex) and you can bank on reliability. It's tough to find a truly reliable and gas-friendly car under 8k anyways.

Thanks man. Yeah so far I'm loving the gas mileage, the lack of power is frustrating but you just gotta leave a little earlier than normal haha
