Sitting here working this morning wearing long pants, long sleeve denim shirt, and a hoody. I haven't bundled up like this in years. I'm off tomorrow and have a bit of running around to do.

So I can't participate in the "Young blood" thread because I'm over 30 (and balding, mind you), and I'm not yet over the hill, so I can't participate here...since this is America, and we're all rebels at heart, I decided to post anyway.

This is the time of year when I don't like being on call , our rotation starts on Friday to Friday . so this year it is Christmas day to new yrs day . Drats .... told the office next year I am off from the 24th dec to jan 2 . here is a yrs notice .......

More Christmas prep today & our anniversary dinner. I did more wrapping, packaged up the fudge. Made home made Resse's Peanut butter cups. Mike & I had dinner at our favorite local steak Place & had a nice bottle of wine with our steaks. I couldn't eat all mine so it will be lunch tomorrow too. Tomorrow I will make individual Chocolate Cheese Cakes, Our Family's holiday congealed salad & Mike is making Chili. I know, not a traditional Christmas meal, but my kids are weird. My kids will come over for Christmas Eve Dinner & we will open presents. Christmas day will be at Mike's Parent's house. I don't have any family left to go see except my sisters. We are getting together for New Year's day. Holidays are going to be different. Hope everyone has Very Merry Christmas.

Just don't for get 2016 is a leap year 366. Xmas won't be on Sat. like usual it will be on SUNDAY with New Years on Sunday in 2017.
