It happens...anyone that's ever had a fast car has had it get away from them at some point, regardless of the hp level.
I remember taking the supercharger off my mustang & thinking how slow it was. Floored it one day while turning & ended up in someone's front yard...260hp. You will learn to respect it! Lol

I watched the video twice because the first time I couldn't stop staring at those god awful wheels!

Phastek Performance had an open house/ car even a few weeks back. There were about 40-50 Camaros. When it came time to leave almost every single car floored it when they left, myself included (somewhat).

Airbag sensors are in the front bumper and decelerometers are in the dash. If the car doesn't have a frontal impact or doesn't decelerate quick enough the air bags will not deploy.

A supercharged car is also a different animal. When that supercharger kicks in, power comes on fast.

Parking brake was pulled, wonder if they tried using that before the accident = not a good idea.

Temp tag on the Dodge truck, OUCH!

I'm really worried about the high school parking lots of the future. In 10 years, the high horsepower cars today will be relatively affordable. This includes GT500's, ZL1's, Hellcats, etc..
