Check out the Holden VF UTE. You can buy this today if you live in Australia.

2016 will be the final year GM will be producing UTEs (with rumors of bringing into the US thereafter). The good news is they are going out with a bang. The final production model is a rare, limited edition (240 units) model called the HSV GTS Maloo. Arguably the worlds most powerful truck at nearly 600 hp and 550 ft-lbs of torque. It has a special price as well ~100,000 AUD / ~77,000 USD, however good luck putting your hands on one because it sold out before production.

The base model Maloo is still available of course at around $60k/$45k AUD/USD, though there will be minor annoyances to make it drivable in the USA, like relocating the gas tank replacing the rear bumpers and of course the 25% Chicken tax but hey, Yes you can!

What's wrong with the bumpers and tank? They're not safe enough in Australia?

The vehicle will fail inspection in the USA and requires modification to drive here.

Don't know about the bumper but in the Monaro the gas tank was located lower in the spare-tire-well area and allegedly did not meet US crash standards. For the US GTO the gas tank was relocated to the rear of the trunk area behind the back seat.
(the Maloo has always been the performance oriented Ute)
