Yeah I have tried everthing... The military has even sent me to a sleep center. It happends to alot of guys and gals in the military. Your body gets messed up from staying up for days at a time. Its crazy you kind of get used to it.

gotcha...If i want to go to sleep early one night I'll just take 1 melatonin and I'm out within an hour..and I only have to take them whenever I want to go out lol

I just go to the beginning of PWII and start reading... works every time...
