Why is the weight room always intimidating?

it should NEVER be intimidating. I can tell you this..me and all my lifting buddies/friends WELCOME anyone coming and working out. We are always excited to see people wanting to improve their health. You should feel great walking into an area that ANYONE will go out of their way to help, assist, answer questions for you, and that is the gym.

You are probably feeling intimidated because you just don't know where to start, what to do or anything. We are here to answer all those questions. I have trained many females over the years, and they go at it harder than any guys. But just getting past that initial learning stage is all you need.

I've been going to the urec with my friend. And 90% of the time the weight room is always filled with guys. And I feel like I'm being slightly judged by them because I can't leg press as much as them or something like that. I know what I'm doing in there. I just feel like it's judge city
