Or an M4. It's still cheaper

Elise's aren't expensive.

Define not expensive. Personally my '15 is the first car I've ever paid more than 5k for and I find the price of new cars to be pretty high lol. But I also have other bills so any added expense seems horrible at first.

Around $20-50k. Depends how many miles and what year. They run around what the SS does in a straight line, and run circles around it on a track.

Got ya. That's not too bad. But for the money I'll stick with the Camaro. I'm way more familiar with them and chances are I can fix a problem once the car is out of warranty a lot easier on a Camaro than I could a Lotus.

And probably just as fast and more comfortable. Also just think of the gains you'd get from just a tune on an M4.

This is what I'll be doing as well lol but if I could I'd totally get a 1M. Or even a BRZ and turbo it. Wouldn't get rid of my Camaro to get either of those cars though.

Everyone has their preference. I just stick with the Camaro because I currently have 2 that run and one that I'm starting a restoration on. I find the maintenance on them to be easier and cheaper for parts. The exotics are cool, I just look at down the road costs as well lol. Also in SC we pay property tax on vehicles so the newer it is the more my taxes. I think my 91 is $13 a year and my 68 will be too due to age. My 2015 will be a few hundred a year until it gets a bit older.

If I got another car it would be a 2016 Chevy Cruze. I'd keep the Camaro too of course. The Camaro wouldn't be a DD anymore and I'd have a big grin getting 30+ mpg and fillig up with 87 @1.99

I'm currently looking at trucks. Canyon/Tacoma. Loaded out 4WD, extended cab. But so far, all I am reading is pretty much keep what I have. A new truck is nice, but hell, if it's not going to give me any better MPG, what is the true incentive? (other than newer technology for interior). I have an '05 Tacoma now as my DD.

That's for Camaro only. But for winter/snow/DD for work, need something that gets 'decent' MPG. It's 46 mile round trip for work every day. I get about 20 MPG now, going to 17 mpg isn't helping me buy a new truck. It's a truck dang it. At 17 mpg, I best be towing a big ass boat, or a bunch of 4-wheelers.
