Remember when ESPN had Racing. Now ESPN has 25 Channels and shows the National Spelling Bee Championship!

My interest in NASCAR has been winding down the last couple of years. I've got all the channels that the races are on. I work many times that the races are on , so I listen to the races on the radio. With this year being Jeff Gordon's final year( a lousy one at that) l am finished with NASCAR when Jeff looses the next playoff round. I packed up my NASCAR crap about two years ago .

You should be mad a Harvick for causing the second wreck. Not sure what you mean anyhow. Because, they had two restarts when really they should of only had one.

Guess you are a Jr. fan.

Well the first GWC didn't count because they didn't cross the start line yet when the wreck happened.
Second instead of having numerous GWC starts if needed because of cautions.
NASCAR decided to have only one for safety reasons.
Doesn't matter if I am there is certain drivers I don't like. Same as you probably have a few you don't like.

My problem with the whole thing and not one person on any of the shows mentioned it, was Harvick should have been black flaged for not being able to reach minimum speed. They all knew he was broke. Nascar caused that second wreck as far as I'm concerned.

A few months ago I had a thought that if I were in Vegas or something I would bet 100 bucks Jeff Gordon wins the championship. I'm thinking he could. I watched Victory Lane and saw that not being able to watch the race was ok.

I don't have a problem with Harvick holding his existing position, AS LONG AS, all the drivers behind him are told he was broke and going high as soon as the flag drops. All the drivers behind him would know NOT to try and pass on the high side. It appeared that no one was aware, and the scramble caused the wreck. Harvick had a right to his position but lack of communication between the rest of the cars was dangerous due to not being able to get up to speed.

Again, if Harvick holds his position, he advances. Advancing is worth millions of dollars. The only thing that helped him advance, was the wreck. If everyone passes Harvick on the restart, he is out of the chase.

So if you were Harvick, in his shoes, with the Championship on the line.. are you telling me (or trying to convince me), he made the wrong decision?

The NASCAR Hub didn't talk about it. Neither did the announcers on the race. But did anyone besides me see or hear what Harvick said on the camera during the end of the first GWC try that failed. He told his crew chief that he could not stay up to speed. I will grant he did pull up to the outside the first time. But the second time he should have went up to the outside wall immediately. Then no one could have got by him. Also Nascar should have black flaged him.
