Wish I could lol. The 3.6 is a great motor but it needs some serious help hitting 11's. Gonna wait till the warranty is up on my car before I do any major mods. For now the other car has to satisfy the need for speed and I have a restoration project that should satisfy my need for major knuckle busting.

Never used them so not sure how well it would help but DRs are supposed to help you cut those 60' times a bit. Also a tune that enables either true manual mode using the paddle shifters or sport mode in the 2LS would probably be a big bennefit too.

Those and tune should make a serious difference with how it runs. Maybe a ported TB to work with that intake as well.

The list of what I'd like to do to mine is long so I'm just throwing ideas out there. Imagine the gloating that would go on if you were able to beat Tricksta on the track

Well in my defense I've only made a few passes down the track ever. I'm more of road course guy, I'm taking HPDE next year!

NICE!! I enjoy watching drag races but I prefer to have fun just driving my cars. I would definitely like to run some road courses but unfortunately I don't know of any real close to where I'm at.

That is awesome. A big thing I want to add to this, for both of you. You cannot play games in a long distance relationship. That is something you could get away with seeing each other daily, like teasing/picking/having fun with each other..you know, to say 'one up' the other person. You cannot do that in a long distance relationship. The distance is hard enough, and trying to do that in a text, phone call, letter, is NOT the same as when you are standing in front of the other person. You will read into things the wrong way, it will add additional pressure to the situation, and no good will come of it. It ends up hurting both. So keep that in mind. Wish you two the best and let it go where it can.

alright, now, back to the fun stuff. we have played all serious stuff to death. Back to "I beat Racergirl".

I'm excited for it, I went to a local car show and talked with a guy who used to track his Shelby. He told me about the HPDE Classes, and I was instantly sold on it. He said with your car you will have one hell of a time on the course, those camaros can handle some serious turns.

I want my competition license eventually.
