Anyone think a ported/modded intake manifold with throw off my tune? From what I have read so far is that it won't or that those who had them installed also had their tune edited at the same time... Very confusing.

it will not. Could the tune be improved, probably tweaked a little, but I would wait till you have another performance enhancement to make it worth it. but just a ported intake, nope.

Good to know I probably wouldn't need a retune! May end up getting it soon/whenever RCR is making them again. Can't get headers till I move out aaaaand I want to work on my car more lol
