IMO - I think it shows immaturity and a lack of ability to dress oneself. Running to the store to get a stick of butter, fine. But dressing that way to go out, walk around downtown, meet friends, hangout.... uh, no. You have a great body and that would be hiding how good you really look.

Literally so well put. I can't stand it. I get dressed up for class. I put an effort in. But then there's always those people "why would I get dressed up to go to class?" I couldn't care less about what they say. I always put some makeup on and put jean shorts on and a cute shirt. No more effort than Nike shorts and a big T shirt. And yet, still comfortable.
