Thanks. They are by Avant Garde and called Ruger Mesh. It is a Porsche specific wheel but they have a similar style for other cars.

This is that restrictor plate I mentioned before. Air would run smack into this thing and have to find its way out and around the edge, then between the backside of this plate and the back wall of the chamber it sits in, and finally into the air box entry. WTH!? A lot of people just completely remove the plate but it is really ugly inside there and you can see it through the side scoop. Instead, I took a Dremel to it so there is now a direct path and added some metal mesh to help catch any grass or debris that might make it that far.
