My first Camaro: 2013 1LS!

Hey guys, I'm new here!

So this is my "first" car that I have owned. My first car was a hand me down from my sister, which was a 96' SAAB 9000, 4 Cylinders. So, it definitely is quite the upgrade! After driving this car for 2 years, I absolutely love it. I recently moved to Florida, from Colorado so I drove all the way across country with it to get a good feel for the car, and that was awesome. Gave me no trouble what-so ever. Anyways, I'm thinking of doing some cosmetic upgrades to my car, I'm just not sure what I want to do with it. I've attached some pictures below. I do definitely want to get some decals for my car for sure! I also know it's not good to park on the grass, but we've got a small driveway atm!

I also have a question, I would like to install some fog lights because I just have the base model Camaro. That's the first thing I need to buy I think, because I've experienced some dense fog out here in FL and I'm not used to the fog at all. Also, how hard would it be to install, and where should I look to buy some fog light kits?

Thanks for reading guys!

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Welcome to the forum. I bought my Camaro about two months and was considering a used LS that had some nice aftermarket wheels but bought a used LT. Also, as an aside, some localities make it unlawful to park on your lawn for extended periods. I doubt the police will make the effort to patrol for this but some neighbors may report you.

That's awesome, glad your happy with your purchase! Any Camaro is good in my book! Also, I rarely park on the grass anyways and mainly everyone parks on the grass in my neighborhood anyways so I doubt anyone would call, and I could care less if they do haha. I never see cops around here either, which is strange!

I actually have a question... so I have the base model Camaro which doesn't come with fog lights. What fog light kit should I get for my car? I've looked and looked but I'm not sure which one I need.

Since you have no fog lights there yet, you need a fog lamp kit. Shoot the DIY guys a note to confirm......but I think this is where you need to start.

Yeah those look nice, and a bit pricey. I'll have to save up some dough haha.
