Problem is that pets don't understand things like paint jobs and scratches on interior parts. They don't worry about that stuff any more than they worry about pooping on the dirt in front of you.

I have 5 dogs. They are like our children. That said, we have trucks that they can ride in, they don't get into any of the nicer cars.
Some people don't belong in a house.  Pets are family.

Yes, all four of our dachshunds ride with us in our vehicles including the ZL1. They are after all, members of the family.
