GT-350 fake dual mode!
Let me start by saying, I really like the GT-350. My best friend will be ordering a 2016 version and says that this exhaust looks cheesy done like this. He will be looking at some type of aftermarket system. Tips that hook to nothing on an awesome car like this, come on FORD! I think they did it so the tips built into the valence will be even. I do notice the Challengers have a crooked tip on the left side most of the time and that would drive me nuts! The NPP on my car is symmetrical, the way it should be. Still going to be a great looking and sounding car, but they should have connected all the tips, IMHO!

I also really like the 350 but those fake tips are horrible...

okay so this Is off the GT350R-C. im assuming the production version for the street will have a normal exhaust. still odd they would do that. you can even see where they cut the OE exhaust and welded on new pipe.

the car will have tips integrated into the fascia, but in this case it was done because its the race version.

Thanks for clearing that up, that was the first picture that I saw up close of the exhaust and thought it was strange.

I assume that was their way of doing a muffler delete and just ran one pipe instead of worrying about running two.

For the race versions, why have two pipes when you can have one? Shave as much weight as possible.

I wish the tips were physically connected to the rest of the exhaust, but I'm glad the production version won't have any non-functional tips. Regardless, it sounds awesome, and nastier than my LS3 with four fully affixed tips.
