Thanks for caring for my nice new subwoofer U.P.S.
Yet another reason I hate UPS!
My JL AUDIO 12W3v3-2 is in this box. Would you accept this or submit a claim to UPS. The speaker has a tiny bit of cosmetic damage but who knows what happened internally! Looks like it was run over by a truck!

Nope. Call who you ordered it from, send them these pictures, have them submit a claim and send you a replacement.

I jumped the gun I guess. I submitted a claim and contacted the seller afterwards. We'll see what happens.

Can't believe they delivered it either. You could literally feel the speaker face through the hole. If it was on the magnet end, maybe....

It works fine, from what I can tell. UPS are being really stupid about the whole thing; they are calling me to schedule someone to come look at it. Seriously!? The speaker is working fine, sounding awesome actually, I'm just going to keep it in the car. I didn't like UPS before this, now it's a hate relationship. Tried posting a pic of my setup but Tapatalk, or whatever, won't let me. I'll try again later.
