Wow! I just saw this thing. Pretty nice but it will never be in my price range.

Good. Marketing's new logo probably would have been a swoosh-y "C" (bad, very bad) and we'd all have to pray some rebellious design guy made it vaguely look like Kate Upton's boobs (good, very good). |

GM debuts the Cadillac Elmiraj Coupe Convertible in a product ad placement and will commence market testing on Friday with the release of the movie Entourage.

not so sure about that.... two reasons why.....the Ciel is a 4 DOOR, the car in the picture is a 2 DOOR. plus if you look at the pictures of the Ciel, there are headrests made into the rear deck.....that car in the pictures seem to have that feature.

It's the same car, I really could care less what name it might have with 4 doors vs. 2 vs hard top vs. slicks. I appreciate the technical differences, but they are meaningless in referring to a general model, though perhaps I missed GM renaming the platform. No different than Porsche making a single 911. The rest are nothing more than packages, though I am sure someone will attempt to wrongly state Porsche manufactures 20 different vehicles when they only make 4 (5?).
Regardless, really excited to see the ELMIRAJ platform moving towards a direction of production. |

You realize Elmiraj and Ciel are two different concepts?
![]() ![]() It's not a case of 911 vs 911 GT3 RS or Z06 Coupe vs Z06 Convertible. They're two different cars. Also, pretty sure they're Omega cars.

Lets agree to disagree, as there is no fundamental difference between those two vehicles. So long as they bring "it" to market, they can rename it again to The Saphron (C) and I still wouldn't care.
