I agree. The black one looks really good, at least from behind. The front end/hood looks bulbous and out of place with the rest of the car.

Bottom line, get what makes you happy. I was looking at a 14 and was sitting in the dealer ready to sign but the couldn't find one in the color and with the wheels I wanted. I walked out when they kept trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Went down the street to a chevy dealer and they found me a SS. They are all great cars. The camaro had the looks but the quiet exhaust with the freeking AFM. The mustang was less of a car as far as features and value, but the mustang had the muscle car sound out the box.

na.......Im sticking with hideous

And as for the "huge" statement? I really like the current model in it's "huge" state, making the car smaller is just another point that is going to ruin it for me IMO, and looking at the new Stangs, i am seeing they are trying to make them look like Camaros, they look larger than last years models, and they added hips to the rear ends.

As for seeing rental 6 bangers? I see just as many Mustang rentals as i do Camaros, the rentals are not what i was talking about, i take note of wether they are a rental or not, rentals are easy to spot here in Vegas.

PS: those new Stangs are hideous looking, i actually like the looks of last years models, mean looking cars, Ford had to go and screw up a good thing with this new model, and i am a bit concerned Chevy is gonna do the same thing with the 16 Camaro

Please explain to me how the convertible is considered a bandwagon, last time i looked the LS camaros outnumber all other models combined, now THAT to me screams bandwagon...

Buy what makes you happy. Im not too proud to admit I would buy a Mustang....if the right one appeals to me. I really like the new ones. I guess Im lucky enough to own a Camaro and get to drive a 2015 Ford Interceptor for a living. I gotta say, of all the police cars I have driven, this one is a hell raiser. AWD, 305hp 3.7, awesome suspension and stiff ass chassis. I have new respect for what Ford is doing now.

I had a 12' Mustang GT M6 and I have to say the 6.2L LS3 wins in the low end torque category. I looked at a 15' Challenger SRT8 and a 2015 Mustang GT with the Performance Pack and both were in the mid to upper 40s fully loaded. I was able to pick up my '15 SS for much less and with more options. If you stick with the Camaro you can get more bang for the buck without breaking the bank.....and this is coming from a previous Ford owner.

The new Mustang is starting to grow on me. The rear end styling still bothers me a little, the body colored diffuser and the slope on the back. I like the ecoboost with the performance pack the best. Still not completely sold on it though, and I haven't seen the 16 Camaro yet.

I like ALL cars but if I had the $$$ I would get a 15 Ecoboost Mustang coupe in the dark red with black interior I saw one at the dealer and i was like (drool).

Hate the 2015 Stang myself but it's not about what I like or dislike. If you like it, have at it!
