Nice, at 16 VW baja bug, 17 I bought a used '68 goat (sold it), 17-18 '68 Camaro (had a dispute with a tree, the tree won), 18-20 '69 goat (sold it when I went to sea), 20-24 Nuke Powered Fast Attack Sub (not good on land)....

heat soak is when everything starts getting hot causing the air charge to become less dense, so the car pulls timing and you have less power

and when you add a supercharger or turbo that just causes this to happen faster because of more moving parts

and DD=Daily Driving

it would only affect you on the street where you shouldn't be racing but a lil 30-70 on ramp is always fun lol, or on a road track or if you are running hot laps at the strip which i think is kinda dumb unless your just practicing

Thanks, I the 30 - 70 or 30 - 90 is still a lot of fun, I have never formally street raced it so never had an issue with heat soak, but in informal off the light little runs I love how it eats those Honda "fart cars" for lunch, all that noise and no motion...
