If it is older than 7 years, it is time. If you do invest well. A good one is worth it's weight in gold.

It's 5 years old. We bought it when we moved here.

For two weeks, I have been dealing with this mystery pain on my right side, but I sleep on my left side. However, it appears I am rolling around during the night while sleeping. I am fine several hours later after I wake up, but man does it hurt in the morning! For that reason, I did not exercise this morning.

Best mattress in my opinion is either air or foam. My entire body is shot from RA and we have a sleep number. Best investment we ever made. No pain in the morning.

I'll have to look into those. I just started researching this afternoon. I HATE buying mattresses, such BS out there.

Make that three. I have no idea how long we've had ours but she thinks it's been more than 15 years.

Interesting about how many have the sleep number beds.

My son called & he is feeling better. No real answers. The army does not want to pay for him to have colonoscopy or to see an gastroenterologist. He was pretty ticked off about that. I think it scared him & he wants to know what is up with that. Apparently it will have to happen a couple more times or get worse.

It was a slow day until the end of the day then an intake & a new client so lots of work to do. At least I got the intake done. Note will have to wait till tomorrow. I was late for my exercise class today but went anyway. I'm beat. Nighty night.

Wow, no one has recommended any bed except these sleep numbers.

Glad your son is getting better Jan.

I don't have a sleep number bed but at the moment I don't remember the type mattress I ended up getting. When I remember I'll post it up. It is a good mattress.

Another rainy day & storms tonight. The NRA has every hotel room in Nashville & within a 50 mile radius booked up. This will be the largest convention/event ever held in the New Music City (convention) Center . Traffic is going to be a huge mess. I better get myself moving. HAGD

Pick up a copy of the May 2015 issue of Consumer Reports for an update report on mattresses. I don't know if it's on the newsstands yet as I got my subscription copy only a few minutes ago. Literally.
