Good morning crew. My back is hurting. I think I have at least part of that figured out. Everytime I wear my boots or shoes with a heel for even a short period of time, a day or so later my back starts to hurt. I don't want to give up my boots & heels. I don't wear them much (maybe that is part of the problem), but when I want to wear then I want to be able to. Maybe there is some strengthening exercise I can do to help that part of my back.

Time to get myself going. HAGD

There's no need to have your entire music collection in the car. Just pick a few hundred for traveling. One custom cd can hold maybe 18 songs, a tiny 4 GB thumb drive can hold 400 at 320k, or 100 at full cd quality. Plus you can go to song #19 without waiting 10 seconds for the disk to change.
Making up playlists sounds way fussier to set up, too fussy to change on the fly, and much less likely to play exactly what I want to listen to than selecting a number of CDs appropriate to the length of the trip. I don't mind pushing a button once or twice to skip, repeat, or move to a different CD out of sequence, but anything involving a keypad - or worse yet, a touchscreen - just ain't gonna happen. Trust me, you don't want me trying to drive with reading glasses on given that just walking around with them on feels unnatural and mildly disorienting.

I use XM radio or we play music from my wifes phone over Bluetooth in the Camaro but when its on the phone she controls it not me. Since mine is a 2011 it does have a CD but we rarely use it. I am the same in my truck I rarely use the CD player so I probably won't miss it when the next vehicles don't have them.

I went to the Neurologist today and they removed my staples and gave me a date that I can return to work April 13th. Between now and then I need to build up my strength and activity levels each day so I will be ready. I think I may pull the Camaro out of storage tomorrow most of the salt has been washed away so it can hopefully resume its DD duty next week. Feeling much better now and I am looking forward to life returning to normal but my dogs are going to miss sleeping on the couch with me all day.

Glad your check-up went well Zandron. Take good care of yourself & continue to heal & recover well.

Good evening crew. I had a busy day but managed to et most of my work done. I have a few notes have to get them done since it is the end of the month. There are some storms rolling south of us but not looking like we will get them until maybe Thursday or Friday. I better get busy.

Gang, where are you? It is a chilly morning here but supposed to warm up again. There are some patches of rain/storms scattered about. More will move in for tomorrow. Then a cooler weekend. We are supposed to cruise with the club to a local drive-in to see Furious 7. Hope it is not as cold as they are saying now. That would not be too fun. Have a good day crew.

I'm here, just been busy. Claire's birthday was yesterday.

Looks like we are getting a break from the 90's today. It will be breezy and partly cloudy.

Most of the storms moved through just before I left work but my commute home took 1 hr & 35 min or so.......for no apparent reason. It was a fairly busy day but I got most of my work done. Just one note to do. More storms tomorrow. I'm tired. Turning in a little early. Good night all.

Remember all of that OT I've done over the past several months?

It's actually paid off by not having to put in any OT for the month of March, and I have been caught up for a couple of months now, which makes me happy.

Anyway, there are others that have not invested the time to be become more current, so guess who gets to help them. Oh, and I suspect I'll have to put in less than an hour tonight to get me caught up.

The efficient workers are rewarded with more work and the inefficient workers are rewarded with assistance.

Good morning crew. Rain, rain, rain & some storms is the theme for today here. Then getting colder. Yuck. At least I don't have to drive to Nashville in it. HAGD
