Ohhh yeah I got the hello and what not, but when meeting people and trying to become friends it was much harder because they all had their circles and didn't want to let anyone in.

I will have to visit LA sometime, because I am doing 13.1 in all 50 states.
Different it is. I had a co worker from up north and boy he would tell you things just as they were. Took him a while to get used to the south and still to this day he really isn't used to it.

My brother-in-law is from Ohio and we called him Yankee for a while and my grandparents still call him that. It's not intended to be offensive, it's just to poke fun.
I don't really classify South Carolina as "the south" you need to come farther south, the people just keep getting nicer and more friendly.

That is the thing it is not meant to be offensive but it still can be.

What's been fairly annoying the past two days is stretching out the things I have to work on. My manager is out at a client and I've been getting small projects from other people I work with. Not fun since they don't take too long.
