Well I can't go to the Camaro Club meet with a car that hasn't had a bath in 2 weeks. Time to get after it....

The fact is tune is easy and will always be there. Need to get some other things on first like headers and blower. It is nice to know the platform is there and can easily be fixed.

I'm still trying to figure out if I want AFM tuned out or not. Will see when headers go on if the noise is too much...

I guess if you are modding your car with non-GM certified and installed parts it makes no difference. I had been sort of following the "tune" threads and today saw that unless you are willing to give up basically your entire drive-train warranty, non-GM tunes are off-limits.

I had been thinking it might be an inexpensive way to get a little better performance but it appears GM does not like the idea at all

Little "forum moderator help?"

I have from time to time some really basic questions, I posted a couple today and will likely get flammed for it, but I can't see to find a spot that is some happy medium between the real techie "motor-heads" (no insult intended) and the novices for messing with your car, or questions on basics.

I will admit I just may not have looked hard enough yet, but any suggestions?
