Petition to reinstate Clarkson on change.org

I figured I'd post it here. Honestly, I'm surprised that so few people have signed it, just over 700,000 as of today. I thoughts that with his popularity we'd be seeing over 10 million signatures after the first day.

Here's the link in case anyone wants to sign: https://www.change.org/p/bbc-reinsta...t_created=true

OH yeah already signed that one last night!

You're surprised that 700,000 people have signed it? You know it's actually the fastest growing petition that Change.org has ever posted in it's history? Of course normally it's to petition things that actually make a difference in this country like political issues, and debates in regards social issues and so forth, but wait, our favorite host on a car show on TV might get tossed? Hellll no! haha

Unfortunately that pretty much sums up the world we live in now.

Oh, yeah................after this?

Clarkson's suspension comes after a scuffle with producer Oisin Tymon, where he allegedly threatened him and punched him in the face because hot food was not available for him.

"He called Oisin a "lazy, Irish c-t" and then split his lip with a punch that required treatment, The Mirror in the UK reported.

The host reportedly followed up his attack by telling the producer that he would be fired.

"I'm going to make sure you will not have a job," he reportedly shouted.

"Top Gear" has postponed the airing of its three remaining episodes in wake of the host's suspension, according to BBC News.

He doesn't deserve his job if that's what happened. Do that in your workplace and see how long you keep working.

Hot food is apparently very important to Mr. Clarkson.

I know it's important to me!

But we all know that the Mirror isn't reporting everything [they are a celeb gossip mag], and we also know that this was just the boiling point of the matter.

I dunno, but if my axx was in jail that wouldn't mean I would stop hitting people. Heck yeah it's tough to chop wood but in the meantime, punchout city!

Agree we don't know the whole story. But even if this snippet happened for any reason, meaning he physically assaulted the guy at work, then that's enough. What has been reported so far is criminal behavior. And if it was over a cold sandwich....................

I'd hope its something bigger than the food. If its over food that's a bit ridiculous.

Did you guys see that someone sent a box of snickers to the BBC for him? Note said "you aren't you when you're hungry" lol

I'm as ignorant of UK law as I am of the actual happenings.
