Dat thang got a 305 in it???

I had to laugh a little and 'splain that no 305's had been in production for years.
Then politely gave the specs on the LS 3's.
I could tell he was a car guy.... just not well informed.

I meant they go by CID's instead of just V6/V8, so he, at the very least, knew a little more than average. At least he didn't ask if it had a Hemi lol

When I got my new '81 Z28, I wanted the manual, but that came with the 305

! So, I ended up with my first auto Z28 with the 350!
