I saw one of these in NJ recently! It was a Civic with a single exhaust but it took me a minute for my brain to figure out what the heck I was looking at

I've seen a few trucks with this setup that "roll coal" on Hondas. Maybe this Honda owner rolls coal on joggers or something.

This is a 'fad' that originates from Japan. They do some extreme things like this with their cars, and the exhausts always look really funny.
