I won't disagree with that.... won't disagree with this one below neither.

Bone stock on stock tires.... last night at PBIR. So far the fastest 1/4 in a stock Z06 manual. Vinnie (the owner of this Z06 w/ the Z07 pkg.) can flat out drive... no lift shifts too!

Two weeks ago he was clocking 11.2's... now he dipped into the high 10's.

That's faster than Chevy's advertised times for the manual, and this had the stage 3 aero!!! The auto is going to be smoking a lot of cars at the strip once the weather warms up.

A8 z06 goes 10.9 @128 hot off the highway with just drag radials. Not even broken in!

The only issue I have with the looks of the Z06 is the pastic fender guard on the front fenders. Looks so cheap. :( (And I love and want one. )

Yeah but no biggie.... I'm more ecstatic that it can easily do close to 3 flat 0-60 on the streets...

Pick a color.... here are some choices.

totally understand. but it's like having a hot girl with a big wart on her nose. For some reason, that's all you can start at.

It'll run faster in the near future... but here's the preliminary pass.

Considering an M7 z06 already went 10.9 on street tires the a8 is going to get some ridiculous times once more people start hitting the strip. Hellcat manual will not come close, the a8 hellcat will only with drag radials, not a chance with those puny 275s.

I agree. I think the first thing I would have to do if I ever got a C7 Z06 is get some custom made wheels with normal C7 vette offsets for the front and Z06 offsets for the rear. Then you could take those ugly spats off without the wheels sticking out. Car wouldn't handle as well when pushed to the limit but it wouldn't matter to me since I would never road race the car.
