A little help, what should I do
Ok lets start with southern car parts and rpi they are the same company am I correct 2 between the 2 I have ordered close or over $2000.or more of after market stuff from them know they sent two bad items one they received back but my money never made it back to me yet 2 I been waiting for a week for them two send me a shipping label for the other peace both items only add up to maybe $173. DOLLARS WHAT SHOULD I DO dont think it is fair to me after I spent so much wanted to know if they are any other companies I can deal with still have a list of things to get

If you used a credit card you can dispute the charges. I would mail a registered letter to them first, signature required, as proof you tried to resolve the issue.
