Just as full disclosure:
I work in Medicare Administration for a *very* large health insurance company and frequently I deal with stuff like death notifications and other less than uplifting topics, so if I sometimes come off as snarky, or a smartass, or otherwise, it's because I'm trying to blow off steam. Just as an "incase" I ever come across as excessively sarcastic, or sharp, or otherwise
