New Shelby GT
I was at the Barrett Jackson Auction this pass week and they had a new Shelby there. I'm not a Ford guy at all, the Ford GT is the only one I ever really liked, but I have to admit it was really nice. CF hood, IRS, and 700 plus HP, it was bad ass. Was hoping the see the Gen6 Camaro there but no such luck. Congrads to you Ford guys who keep coming over here to Camaro 5, the car was cool.

The Shelby GT350R which is the latest creation has a 500ish hp motor. The rights for Vin #0001 was auctioned off for 1Million dollars at the auction. The GT350R at the show was a preproduction.

??? I have not seen this anywhere. To my knowledge the 350R is going to hvae the 5.2 flat plane motor and its HP numbers are not published. I mean there are order guides I have been looking over and they don't say anyting about engine options. Also I have seen zero acutally confirmation of the real ecoboost twin turbo HP numbers on the new ford GT either. they just say 600+ I am mixed about the the ford GT maybe it will grow on my but I prefer the las gen looks wise but it does have a DTC tranny and is supposed to be light possibly sub 3k.

ha ha. I got it now. so now we have mustang GT shelby GT mustang ($40k option so ~75k) ford GT350 ford GT350R ford GT so funny how shelby picked to call it a shelby GT. then ford has the GT350,GT35R in developement. then they release the new GT on top of it. I actually like the looks of the hennessy car a tad better.
