well, I consider no playoffs 12 out of 13 years terrible. maybe not bottom of the barrel of the NFL, but being mediocre for that long is also terrible, for me.

TBH... if we aren't good enough to make a solid run I'd rather not make the playoffs. That way we get better draft picks. Now that's great if you have some decent people making the picks...

never thought that way. if you can get in the playoffs, you can make a run of it. plenty of wildcard teams have gone all the way to the super bowl. never root for my team to do bad for draft picks, as high draft picks never guarantee anything.

We made it to the first or second round damn neat every season. One year with a better pick and maybe we get Davis instead of Denver. Then Elway retires w/o any rings and Marino has two...
