You never know, you may become used to it and just keep eating it. I know a few people that did that.

I honestly couldn't tell. lol the "meat" was masked by the breading and the firecracker sauce. The texture wasn't bad. maybe slightly more mushy than chicken, but not so mushy that it was bad.
