super sore lol, spending all day out on the lake yesterday riding jet ski, that works your legs and stomach good.then i got a major sunburn to top it off lol totally worth it

My brother is a personal trainer and he's about to have his bachelors degree so he's legit and everything. Also, have you seen the test to become a licensed trainer? That thing is hard, I was going to take it until I took a practice exam. I like to workout, but not near enough to know all that stuff.

It's really cool. We do something different every day. Sand, ladders, hurdles, cones, lifting, treadmills, Med ball, sled, slide board, boxing.

Very cool... They monitor my heart rate so they know if I'm cheating or over exerting my self... About once a month they take off the Heat monitor and try to get me to puke/fail. It sucks but it really helps break through the plateaus...

Today I did a 10 min warmup, 40 mins in the sand with short hurdles and med ball, then finished with 10 min of abs/core....
