I've lifted at 198 before. I jumped to 220 because I wanted to pull 600.

Understood. Was just asking because like Steve you are really at an in between weight. Most 220r's you know walk around 230-240.

I think I would be more competitive at 198, and maybe in future meets I'll return to it. This is assuming I don't yoke-out in the meantime. I feel pretty comfortable at my current weight, though.

Cool, I'm currently resting up this week to compete in my 3rd Arm Wrestling Competition! I entered the Texas State Championships as my 1st tournament with only 1 practice and had been out of the gym for 2 years and only back in the gym 2 months. It was held at the Branch Warren Classic Bodybuilding Show. Went all the way to Finals in both arms. Lost to the State Champ and took 2nd!
Very close tho, kinda like me and Terry in the Bolt Ons Fast List!
I get my rematch with the State Champ this Saturday!
